Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the SajLo customer app or sajlo.co.in, operated by SajLo ("SajLo", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Salons and other service providers also agree to the Partner Terms.

1. What SajLo does

SajLo is a platform that helps you find and book independent salons, beauty parlours, spas and artists ("partners"). The services are provided by the partner, not by SajLo. The partner is responsible for the quality and safety of its services; SajLo helps with booking, payments and support.

2. Your account

• You log in with your own mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone and OTPs private.
• Give correct details. One person should use one account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fake bookings, abuse of partners, fraud or misuse of offers.

3. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when the partner accepts it. If it is not accepted in time it expires and nothing is charged.
• Reach on time and share your start OTP with the partner when your service begins. Do not share it before you are at the salon.
• Partners may add a service during your visit only with your approval in the app.
• Repeated no-shows lower your reliability score and may require advance payment for future bookings.
• Cancellations follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are set by partners (within SajLo rate tiers where they apply) and shown before you book. Taxes, if any, are included in the shown price unless stated.
• For bookings you pay the partner after the service by UPI or cash, and confirm the payment in the app.
• Packages, SajLo passes, single passes and shop orders are paid online through Razorpay.

5. Offers, points, packages and passes

• Offers have their own conditions (minimum bill, time slots, first visit) shown in the app and may end at any time.
• Reward points have no cash value outside SajLo, can be used within the limits shown in the app, and expire as shown in your points history.
• Packages and passes are valid for the period and services shown at purchase. A single pass is used when a partner salon scans its QR or enters its code.
• Lucky-draw prizes are picked automatically and fairly by the system; they cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about your own visit. We may hide reviews that are abusive, fake or unrelated.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the apps, try to break their security, scrape data, harass partners or other users, or use SajLo for anything unlawful.

8. Liability

SajLo is not responsible for the services a partner provides, but we will help resolve complaints and refunds as described in our policies. To the extent the law allows, SajLo's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid through SajLo for the booking, package, pass or order concerned.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the apps; we will update the date above and tell you about important changes. You may stop using SajLo and delete your account any time.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction. For any complaint first write to support@sajlo.co.in; we try to resolve issues within 30 days.
