Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to products bought in the SajLo shop — from the SajLo store or from a partner salon. Salon services are not shipped; they are booked and given at the salon or, where offered, at your home.

1. Pickup or delivery

• Pickup: many salon products can be collected from the salon. The app tells you when the order is ready.
• Delivery: where delivery is shown, we deliver within the same city to the address you enter at checkout.

2. Time and charges

• City delivery usually takes 2–7 working days after the order is confirmed. You can follow the status in My orders.
• The delivery fee, if any, is shown before you pay.
• We do not ship outside India.

3. Problems with an order

If an order is late, damaged or wrong, write to support@sajlo.co.in with your order number. Returns and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
