Partner Terms

These terms apply to salons, parlours, spas, studios and artists ("partners") who list their business on SajLo through the SajLo Partner app, together with the general Terms of Use.

1. Joining and KYC

• Give true details about your business, location, services and prices. SajLo may ask for KYC documents and may approve, pause or remove a listing.
• You are responsible for the services you provide, your staff, hygiene, licences and taxes.

2. Plans

• New partners start on a free trial where offered. After that a paid plan is needed to appear to customers (when the plan requirement is on).
• Each plan covers a number of app customers per period, shown in the app. When that number is reached, your shop is hidden from new customers until you upgrade or the next period starts.
• Customer guarantee: if a paid period delivers fewer app customers than the plan's guaranteed number, the unused share of the price is added as plan credit and used automatically on your next plan. Credit is not paid out in cash.
• An upgrade starts at once; buying the same or a lower plan starts after the running period. Plan fees are not refundable except as plan credit.

3. Bookings and conduct

• Accept or reject requests promptly. Start a service only with the customer's start OTP.
• Add extra services only with the customer's approval in the app. Charge the price shown in the app.
• Do not ask customers to cancel app bookings and pay off the app; repeated cases may lead to suspension.

4. Commission, payments and wallet

• SajLo charges the commission of your plan on app bookings (not on walk-ins), and the commission shown for packages and products.
• Amounts SajLo collects online for you (packages, single passes, orders) are credited to your SajLo wallet after commission; commission on cash bookings is debited. SajLo settles the wallet balance to your UPI / bank account on the schedule shown in the app.
• Single passes: when you scan a valid SajLo single pass and give the service, the payout shown on screen is added to your wallet.

5. Content

You allow SajLo to show your shop name, photos, services, prices, offers and reviews in the apps and on sajlo.co.in. Upload only content you own or may use.

6. Ending

You can close your partner account from the app after finishing open bookings. SajLo may suspend accounts for fraud, repeated complaints or breach of these terms, after settling any wallet balance due.
